Accounts & Registration

Go to the Register page, fill in your full name, email address, date of birth, and Pakistan mobile number, then set a password. Tick to confirm you are 18 or older and that you agree to the Terms and Conditions. Once submitted, a verification link is sent to your registered email — click it to activate your account. The whole process takes about two minutes.

Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use any part of the 77tez platform. Age verification may be requested at any point. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are closed immediately and any balance is forfeited.

No. Each player is permitted one account only. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being suspended. If you have forgotten access to your existing account, use the password recovery option or contact support — do not create a new registration.

On the Login page, use the password recovery option and enter your registered email address. A reset link will be sent to your email — follow it, set a new password, and log in normally. Identity verification is not always required at registration, but it will be needed before a withdrawal is processed and may be triggered by routine account security checks at any time. Having a copy of your CNIC or a valid government-issued ID ready makes the process faster. Verification applies to all players equally — it is not a sign that anything is wrong with your account.

Log in to your account and navigate to the account settings or profile section. Contact details can be updated there, though changes to your registered email typically require verification of both the old and new address. If you cannot log in to make the change, contact support for assisted account recovery.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the deposit section of your account. Generally, pre-match bets on a result that cannot be determined due to an abandonment are voided and stakes are returned. Bets on individual milestones that were already reached (for example, a player who scored a fifty before play was stopped) may be settled on the result at the point of abandonment depending on the specific rule for that market.

Yes. Football and Esports markets are available in the Sports and Betting sections. Football coverage includes major international leagues and tournaments. Esports coverage includes popular titles with regular competitive fixtures. Slots, Slot Games & Bingo

RTP stands for Return to Player — it is the theoretical percentage of total wagered money that a game pays back to players over a very large number of spins. A slot with 96% RTP returns PKR 96 for every PKR 100 wagered on average across millions of spins. In practice, any individual session can vary significantly from this figure. A wagering requirement is the total amount you need to bet before a bonus balance becomes withdrawable as real money. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place PKR 10,000 in total bets using that bonus before it converts. Not all games contribute equally to wagering — Slots typically contribute 100% while some table games contribute less or nothing at all. The contribution rates are listed in the terms for each offer.

Bonuses are removed if the expiry date passed before the wagering requirement was completed, if the terms of a specific offer were not met (for example, not depositing the qualifying minimum), or if a self-exclusion was applied (which forfeits any active bonus balance).
